Cost
- Competitors: $65.00 for 3 Lifts, $55 for 2
- Spectators are asked to donate $5.00

Time
- Check-in and weigh-ins begin at 7am
- Lifting begins at 9am
- Awards presented following last flight of lifters
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for overall in each category:
- Junior male/female 3 and 2 lifts
- Men’s overall 3 and 2 lifts
- Female’s overall 3 and 2 lifts
How It Works
Body weight will be recorded at check-in.
Judging Criteria
All lifts will be judged for integrity and for the safety of the lifter. Your lifts will be graded by our judges. Reps with diminished form may be deducted. Lifting begins and ends when the lifter is cued by the head judge. In some cases, the head judge will say STOP if your attempt is deemed a “no lift.”
Squat Rules
You will hear a START command when you are clear to begin your lift. All lifts must be controlled under full range of motion.
Deadlift Rules
You may begin your lift after receiving a START command. Lifters must keep arms straight and achieve a full lock-out of each rep with their shoulders behind the barbell and knees locked. Not allowed: Hitching the bar (supporting the weight on the legs) or downward movement after the bar begins to ascend. Lifters may not drop the bar or move their grip on the bar at any time.
Bench Press Rules
Competitors may receive a lift off. Your reps will only commence once your lift off helper is clear of the bar and under only your control. You will hear a START command when you are clear to begin your lift. Lifts must be controlled under full range of motion. Judges will give a PRESS command at the bottom of the lift BEFORE the lifter may press. (From lift off position, touch chest (PAUSE), return to starting position PRESS Command.)
No chest sinking, no belly bouncing, no visible resting at chest or lock out allowed.
Competitors will be asked to tuck t-shirt in for lift. Upper back/shoulders and glutes must always hold contact with bench pad. Feet must always remain in the same position and in contact with the floor. Flat footed allowed, heels up also allowed.
Attire
Singlets not required but recommended
Athletic Shorts-no rips, tears etc
T-shirt-must cover the shoulders, so skin does not come in contact with the bench or bar. No rips, tears, etc.. No inappropriate words/logos
Knee high socks for deadlift-in lieu of knee high socks, tape can be applied to the shins.
Athletic footwear with a rubber tread/bottom

- Belt
- Wrist wrap
- Knee sleeves-as long as they do not have velcro straps
NOT ALLOWED
- Single or multi ply squat suit
- Squat briefs
- Knee Wraps
- Single or multi ply bench shirts
- Elbow wraps or sleeves
- Sling shot or any manufacturers variation
- Straps for deadlifting
